Quality Excellent I’m not quite sure where to begin….I just relocated from CT and needed to get an oil change. In CT I had the same mechanic for 12 years—My car is a 2004 Chrysler Sebring with 250000+ miles. I attribute it to the maintenance & upkeep over the past 9 years. Well I needed a simple oil change and was told by several Repair shops that I needed a new Oil Pan—The quotes ranged from $700-$800! Long story short Pro Rod was able to do the job for $250 and a QUALITY JOB at that…..I wasn’t just happy that the job was done for less—I was happy that it was done for less without sacrificing any of the quality! Listen I hear people complain about getting ripped off—I will back Pro Rod 100%! I was nervous at first but I am sooooo happy & $450 richer!!!! Quality Excellent Brought my husbands Mercedes in to see if Robert could help with the “cloudy headlights”. Not only could he help, but in less than an hour had them looking like new!!! It was amazing and now the lights shine brighter and farther!!! The service was amazing and the team is professional and informed. I will certainly return for my car service needs.

Overall Excellent Very Helpful! Took my car in to get new breaks but found out that was not the problem at all. The owner brought me out to the garage to show me everything. Rather than just fixing it, he talked to me about what needed to be done, how much it would cost, etc. He was so very helpful and thorough! He’s a straight shooter who isn’t trying to nickel and dime you! I would definitely recommend him!

Quality Excellent Robert, of Pro Rod Auto Repair, is a knowledgeable, reliable and honest mechanic. I strongly recommend utilizing the services of this local business. On my first visit, I asked to watch the work being completed on my 20 year old Toyota Corolla. Robert was accommodating, answering every question asked. He refinished the headlights on the Corolla, and they looked brand new. At one point, the check engine light came on repeatedly. Robert checked the car each time the light came on, but refused to charge for services until he solved the problem! About a year ago, after the Toyota was totaled in a collision, Robert became my “go to” person as I purchased a car. Each car I considered was checked thoroughly by Robert, and he gave me great advice about why or why I shouldn’t purchase the car, including giving advice on the price to pay. As a female customer, I am grateful for an honest and dependable mechanic. This is definitely a local business, which should be fully supported. I highly recommend Pro Rod Auto Repair.
